On December 24th 2014, I sold my $350.00 Disney gift card to CardCash.com which offered to give me in return $280.00 for my Disney gift card. I UPS overnight my Disney gift card on December 24th, 2014 to CardCash.com as stated in the email confirmation emailed to me. This was delivered to CardCash.com and signed on December 26th, 2014. Soon, after the delivery of my Disney gift card to CardCash.com, the order was processed as "Escalations". Cardcash.com did not send an email or notification of any kind to indicate this had happened to my order. Luckily, I checked status on their website to see what has happened to my $280.00 to be deposited into my bank account. Per CardCash.com order status note : "As a new seller our escalations team might need some additional information from you Please send an email to escalations@abcgiftcards.com with the best phone number and time to reach you. Please remember to include your order number in the email." I soon emailed their escalations department with my contact number then I went ahead and provided identification such as my driver’s licenses, social security, and blank check showing my bank information on January 2nd, 2015. I never received a call from "escalations team" to provide additional information needed from CardCash.com. With still no response as of January 7th, 2015 from CardCash.com via email or phone call to confirm receivable of my email or deposit of $280.00. I can no longer keep emailing and calling because I do have a job and a family to tend to and with this headache from Card Cash.com it’s unbearable. Cardcash.com has falsely advertised (Under Section 43(a)of the Lanham Act), because they never processed the money to bank account within 24hours or 1-2 business days as what is promised on your website and email confirmation.
I sent them an email to please to resolve the problem and have my Disney gift card to be returned to me by January 9th, 2015. I have emailed them a pre-paid UPS shipping label to them in an email so they can return my gift card in full of $350.00. Again, no avail with Cardcash.com. This is becoming a headache and unbearable nuisance.
