I used a Tapjoy offer to buy my brother a Christmas present on NFL.com that said spend $50 dollars to receive 90000+ coins on Topps Bunt. I went through with the offer and bought a sweater that was close to $70 and waited for the reward, as I had done previously with a similar offer for NBA.com when I bought a jersey. A day later I still hadn't received the reward so I contacted support with a claim and a week later still nothing has gone through. The claim says I didn't fulfill all the requirements because I didn't submit my credit card info but I used Paypal which is linked to my credit card and has all the info needed. All my attempts to contact Tapjoy have gone unanswered and it seems they don't care to resolve the issue or help me in any way.
