i order a bouquet of flower on the 16th december 2014 for delivery on 17th december 2014 to richmond, vic.its a surprise gift for my sister as she is graduating today .they failed to delivery the flower within the cut off time as they promised and to make it worst, they will delivery it on the 18th december 2014. i told them, i want a refund if they fail to deliver on time and they email tells me that they are reluctant to give me a refund and come out with all sort of excuses. Im not happy with their poor service. they should take the responsibility for their poor management.

it is pointless now if they want to delivery the flower tomorrow. the occasion is today not tomorrow . i demand a refund or else i will launch my complain to a fair trading department.
