Please advise what can be done regarding the binary options broker Lbinary as they have advised me at the point of investment that my account is 100 per cent insured and any bonus or credits offered will not be subject to turnover for that particular investment as informed to me by my account manager. Also I have chat conversations Informimg me that my withdrawal will be processed where my account manager has agreed to withdrawal without any turnover in question. This has been documented.
In spite of several reminders they have kept avoiding my phone calls and emails and removed me from chat. After several escalations I was asked to send the withdrawal form post that escalation I have been following up on this issue and they have advised me that the issue will be resolved it inspite of all that they are unwilling to proceed with my withdrawal. They keep on cancelling my withdrawal without giving any valid reason. They themselves have agreed to withdrawal and asked me to send the form but they keep on rejecting it and inspire of several times repeatingthe issue over and over again, no attempts have been made from their side to resolve the issue.
