CANCELLED PRODUCT Customer service said I called in and cancelled but still have to pay. What? Called back then said, "I cancelled on the 15th day. I explained that I called in , was told by your Co. I was cancelled and now will not refund me many. I received trail and nothing else I told Co. rep. that I will return anything that comes in "return to sender" Bad business . I don't have $90. I paid my $4.95

Jessica S. (2041171) is speaking with me now. Advertising said 30 day trail $4.95 misleading. They took 89.98. Jessica is looking for a partial payment for me now has given me $44.97. The most helpful Rep and courteous and professional. I worked the Millerny dept. at Saks years ago. Custumer is King If your Co. live trhis way it will sustain any blow. Jessica did a good job appeasing your client. But I expect her to get raise and you to refund my monies in full
