Never received my order. I have called three times and have not received a response. I placed an order on 09/07/13 for Baby's First Animals book set. The cost of the set was $50 and the processing and handling was an additional $10 for an order total of $60. I made payment in full with a check. The check cleared on 09/12/13. I have now called 3 times to try and find the status of my product or receive a refund. Each time I have left a message with the order information and my contact info but I have not received a call back. I would like to either receive a refund or have them FINALLY ship my books.
