In Aug. 2009 I purchased a used 2008 Lexus RX450 from Lexus of Reno. The suggested a warranty where I would pay an amount and if I made no claims for four years I would get my money returned. The salesman gave me the suggestion and I signed up at the dealership.
Four years went by, and I confidently sent a letter to Signet. A little over a week later I got my letter back marked "not deliverable, return to sender." I called the dealer to learn it went bankrupt. Shouldn't Lexus be held responsible seeing it was their personnel that suggested this?
