I was contacted by info@fastheal.com. A person named Sam Gill, from the company fastheal contacted me by phone saying that my computer was at risk and that they were connected to windows. They told me that if I did not use their service that my computer would crash and we would loose all our records. Once I produced a credit card, they immediately took over my computer. I still don't know what damage was done. I tried to tell them 1/2 way through to get out of my computer, & refund my money, but they started to yell at me & said if I didn't let them finish they would change the password & lock me out of the computer. I suggest anyone else who gets conned into this scam to immediately change banking login and password, and call your credit card company and cancel the card that you gave them. My credit card company and bank advised me this was the best thing to do. If anyone else has a better solution to this scam, please provide it.
