Phone number looks like it's London, but it's Germany.
This company phones to tell you about a virus on your computer and persuades you to let them have access to 'fix it'. they used to pretend to be from Microsoft,but now call themselves micropcsolutions.
I have had 2-3 calls a week from them since 2011, always an Indian male with poor English and names such as David or Matthew.This morning a call from the 'senior manager' 'Devin Shah' reminding me of how they had helped me and saying I had another virus.
Do not engage with this company, look up 'microsoft scams'
