I order this skin cr. product on line for a 14 day trial. I wrote on my calander the date I received it and counted out 14 days from then. On the 13th day I saw a charge from Nulexa for $89.97. I was going to cancel the order and return it as I had not seen any results. I was told my 14 day trail ended the day before and they would not return my money. I was offered more products at a discount. I argued the fact that I did not have the product 14 days and they said the 14 days started from the day I ordered it. I argued that was false advertisment. So it went on and on and I asked for a Supervisior and the person said I will give them your name and number and they will call you back. I never got anywhere with them on the phone. She also tried to tell me how would they know when people received the product in the mail. I told her the tracking number would show the date of delivery. Then she comes up with the same idea I just said and it still did not change anything. I called my bank and they advised me to return the product and if my money was not returned in 15 days to call back and they would re-open the case and try to get my money back. The cost of the product and the "free trail" cost $4.95 plus the money to return it comes to $99.87
