I met this man at a seminar regarding Seniors and down sizing their home. After a short while he convinced me he is a real estate agent and stated he really needed to sell a property because he has cancer and needs money for an operation and that he has no insurance. I gave him a check made out to an attorney. I have since found out he scammed another woman out of $50,000 on the sale of her house and if he didn't pay back the money he would go to jail.
All I can say is people BEWARE.The crooks are out there watching and waiting.
