Global visas now IXP visas is such a cheat. They only called for monthly dues and I didn't get any call regarding my case status. No one in reception and my case worker (Daniele) never available. Case worker manager (James) spoke with me when I asked to change my case worker, he said my case has been closed and they did their service !!!! I have all the proofs with me in fact they have call monitoring as well. These people are blood suckers. I badly needed to complain this and get my money back. It's hard earned money and these people cheat us just siting in one place. Can anyone please help me to find the right person to whom I should complain??
