I don't have monetary damages. However the system that perfectmoney.is has doesn't work properly and they have guts to tell me "NO OTHER CUSTOMER IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM". My god. Like they surveyed all of their customers or check all of their other customers computers if they have the same problems with me.

All I wanted to do is changing my adress details. Their system didn't allow me to do so any I asked to their customer service if they could do it for me or solve the problem which would prevented me to do it myself. This resulted following conversations;

Before I leave you to them please let me point somerthing so obvious but important. These messages between me and their CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. IF their customer service manager is this bad can you imagine their customer service asistants?
