An ad popped up for hot closeouts while I was filling out publisher's clearinghouse paperwork. I was led to believe I'd be putting my credit card on file in case i wanted to bid at hot closeouts in the future; when it immediately sent notice that I'd been billed $99, I immediately contacted support and asked for a refund. My U.S. credit card company can't help as the company is in the UK. Hot Closeouts is a total scam. I just looked there to contact support again and there aren't even any auctions if i wanted to bid. I have never bid or used the site and feel that they should have credited me back in december. they never replied to any of my emails and their live support doesn't work. thank you.
