We attended a presentation in Rochester, NY, given by people who represented themselves as Orbital Promotions. At the presentation, the sales pitch was to get us to purchase a travel club membership. My husband and I stayed for the 90 minute presentation, however, we did not purchase the $8,500 membership. It is interesting that during our presentation, we were told that the first couple that joined, would receive $1,000 off. This offer still did not make us join. We did however sent in our money for vouchers that we were given: (2) round trip airfare tickets anywhere in the continental US; 3-Day luxury hotel stay & rental car; and an android tablet. To date, we have not been able to reach Orbital promotions by means of their phone number or their email address. If this is a scam that this company is doing around the country, then the US Attorney General should be involved, not just individual State's Attorney Generals! Like other people who have filed a complaint, we too would like to be part of any class action lawsuit!
