Was quoted $180.00 for iPhone 4s, was sent prepaid shipping box promptly. Sent them iPhone, and didn't receive payment for 3 weeks. Submitted ticket inquiry regarding payment, was told payment was already sent and to wait another week. Advised me to submit new ticket inquiry if payment wasn't received by then. Payment wasn't received and I submitted inquiry, no response. Waited another month, submitted 3rd inquiry received no response.
