Signed up for "free" penny auctions. Was billed $99. on my cc without realizing they would charge me.Tried to online chat-could not even access that! Saw online where people were complaining about this happening to them.I called the number and of course got someone I could hardly understand....... Said wanted my $ back. They tried to tell me it was a part of program.I was offered a $100. gas card instead, then something else for $90. then went to $50. Kept demanding my $ back,calling better business,attorney gen. Finally they refunded my cc the full amt(we'll see in a week or so). Keep after them on demanding your money back!!!!(thanks for the advice from the person who gave me this advice!!!!)
