International boundaries
Strange expensive items on my Telstra Phone Bill. Claiming I had called a 191xxx number which involved "Special Purcheses". Telstra barred any future calls to 191xxx numbers from my phone. Today 29/01/14 I get a txt message from said waala. I phone waala and spoke with operator in South Africa? and he explained that I get charged $Aus 5 for each txt they send me and that they txt once per week. I have hopefully cancelled this service (joke) as of now. But I woul like my money back and I would like others to be spared this criminal scam
