I was told that I would have a reply with in the next 12 hours regarding my refund, only to find out that I can't even chat to one of there live help options that they have to offer.

I spoke to Sherly and this is what she had to say- (Sherley: I have refunded all your charge(s). Please allow 24 hours for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.)

Sherley: I would like to inform you that you had pay 8 installments of $19.95 in US dollars which will be in total $159.60 which we have refunded you. She told me that they will get back to me with in 24 hours, it never happend.

Then I spoke to Edric and this is what he told me that also never happend.
Edric: You will get confirmation within 12 hours. I have forwarded your request to our concern department, I assure your issue will be resolved within 12 hours. As per your request we have refunded you $59.85 as your three payments for Norah Inner Circle Access. That also did not happen.

The information that they have given me is miss leading, all I wanted was one reading for $19 that a friend borrowed me, It was a one time deal. I never got any proof of payments, I never knew that there was payments going off of his account every month, only after a year he noticed and came back to me very upset because this was a one time deal.I even told Norah in a email that I send that i am going to borrow the money for the one reading because I didn't have it, she knew that I am having a hard time with money but still took every month with out letting me know. If I had received any proof of payment from there side I would have known to stop this. I don't have the money to pay back my friend and I want a refund please, I stay in a 3rd world country and was just looking for some help only to find my self in a much worse place with dept to pay that I don't have.

I have been mailing them and trying to get help for the last 3 weeks now, all they have to say is, support will get back to me, and just feel like I am getting no where. What they say and do is 2 different things

Please get back to me regarding this.
