I made a reservation on on January 14, 2014, to travel on January 20th (Today).
When the reservation was made thru the site I called the airline (United Airlines) to check if everything was Ok on their side so I could proceed to pay my reservation to get my ticket issued, United said they did not show any reservation under my name for those flight.
I mentioned that to the person that was handling my case from CheaperFlights-Air (James Mourdaunt and Kevin) and they told me it was normal and that the ticket would show at the airline as soon as I paid and they issued the ticket.
I tried to pay with my credit cards, but the page said there was a issue with the credit card and paypal payment and the only payment methods available at this time was a western union transfer.
I trusted CheaperFlights and made a Western Union transfer on January 16th for the amount specified by them. After the western Union transfer was made, I emailed them the details of my transfer and I also updated the site with my payment method and reconfirmed my payment.
At that time a received an email stating that in 12 hrs I would have my eTicket in my email. I did not received the eTicket ever.
I was supposed to travel today (January 20th) and when I showed up at the airline counter at the airport they told me they neither had a reservation nor a ticket for me.
I´m requesting them to reimburse the 1422.80 USD I transferred them.
Do not trust them ever!!!
