I signed up with zbiddy penny auction paid for a bid package 59.90 plus tax to join the auction was offered a 100 free gas card and 10.00 walmart card to join . Never received it .
I won 5 different Bid auctions through the zbiddy web site paid for the items and shipping costs . never received any thing called several times spoke to a different person three different times each time I spoke to someone they said that they would take care of it and have it sent within 3 to 5 day the last time I contacted them via / email customer service wrote to them for a complete refund to my credit card this was over a week ago I have not had a response to date . I also noticed that the bid package they sold me has an expiration date today . I would appreciate any help I can get to get a refund from this scam site.
