I will NEVER buy from ProTuningLab ever again!

I went online to buy some cheap headlights for my VW - MK4 - Jetta and thats exactly what I got...CHEAP headlights. The first time I complained to the company they sent me a new ballast to replace the faulty one that they sent me in the first place and soon after that one went out, the other headlight did the same thing. I told them that I wanted to return the headlights for a refund and they refused. They wouldn't even tell me when my warranty was up.They said there was nothing wrong with the headlights and if the ballast didn't work then I would need to buy another headlight from them to fix it. If you are going to get HID headlight then just pay the full amount from a reputable company. I will never buy from them ever again. The customer service was very rude and I had to replace my old headlights 3 times while they were BSing around and not sending me the parts that I needed to make these crappy headlights work. I sent them an email and tried to speak with their manager however, both were ignored.
