International boundaries
Made online purchase and received a phone call with instructions to log on and await for instructions to receive online goods. Waited an hour and was not contacted. Chatted with their online customer support and was told they were out of stock despite their web site saying it was in stock. Two weeks and daily checkups got the same response. How their online customer service reps won't even respond to my inquiries.
They pretty much stole $50.00 from me. PayPay also will not protect you as it is considered "intangible goods."
