I purchased a shirt on November 27, 2013, and was charged a short while after. I got the same story as others who have complained on here. It said it was back ordered and would be shipped on December 18th. I was ok with that, but the day before Christmas, when I SHOULD have received my purchase, I did not receive anything nor did I receive a confirmation email and tracking number. I have tried to contact this company via email twice since, with no response. I will most likely do what others have done and file this as fraud with my bank as well.
