DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered the online pills and it was supposed to be one bottle of a free trial. All I had to pay for was shipping .99 cents. They charged my account the shipping and then 3 days later charged me 148.95, I didn't even have the product yet. I called right away and the guaranteed my full refund of 148.95. The explained that there would be 4 bottles and I would have to send the 3 back and be provided with a full refund. I told them that I didn't want the product and to cancel it. They said it has already been shipped and if I sent it back I would be provided a full refund. I said, okay as long as my card will be refunded. So I received the product 10 days from when I ordered it. When I received the product the company shipped 4 bottles, instead of the one free trial one! The first time they said I just had to send the pills back and I would not be charged. I said okay and sent 3 unopened pills back and the 4th bottle that was opened just like they said. I got a tracking number. I waited and waited. After 7 days of not seeing anything put back to my account I called and asked where my money was. They gave me some bullshit reason saying that well it must still be at the post office, I SAID NOPE, I have tracking and it's there! This was as of October 4 2013! Anyways, I kept calling and calling seriously like 15 times. Every time was the same crap saying it was being processed and it had to wait 30 days. FINALLY today Nov. 12 2013, I finally got to talk to the manager Francis (after being hung up on twice by some ladies) because they refused to give me him in the first place. He said that one of the ladies I talked to today named Hazel said I agreed to partial payment of $75 back today, I said no I DID NOT! Why would I call back after she deliberately hung up on me because I told her I wanted a FULL REFUND and refused to get off the phone unless I talked to her manager! I cried on the phone talking to FRANCIS because I got so worked up. He said that because I agreed to a partial refund was processed and he could no longer do anything about it. I said, listen you can refund it and I know you can. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I didn't agree to or use. Anyways, he said he would talk to Hazel and call me back (I know he won't) Oh and get this they charged my account without authorization twice, for some online trial of some workout thing that I never even knew they were charging me for! I had to call twice for those charges to be refunded which was 9.77 and I think 9.95. They did actually refund the one 9.77 charge within 3-5 days...still waiting on the other...But I am livid. I am going to my bank tomorrow cancelling my card and having Chase claims try to get my money back. I should not have to pay for that. I want my money back and I deserve to get it back. I am determined. They screwed me over. They will get what is coming to them. After seeing how they screwed other people over, I figure having my bank take care of this is the best I can do.

  • Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions.
    Check your account statement for the merchant name that they have used to charge the fraudulent amounts, they will appear as website address's such as,, etc etc or some other random name, there are many they use to try and scam people.
    Then file a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges. Tell them you have never had any contact with the merchants on your account and insist they claim fraud on your behalf. Credit Card International Rules do allow for the reversal of fraudulent transactions.
    Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
