Ordered a VG30E engine for a 85 Nissan 300zx on July 27th, I was told it would be 5-7 business days.
The engine didn't arrive until Aug 13th and arrived damaged. There was damage to bolts on the block and parts needed to be remachined and welded.
Customer service "Sarah" said that we could ship the engine back for another one, which would leave our car for another 2 weeks at the garage. Then she called back and said that the damage we claimed was not covered in the warranty. However the block is the only part covered by their guarantee!
We had our mechanic send pictures and only after emailing Sapan Shahani, the owner were we given a $50 refund on Sept 6th.
Our car was in the shop for a month, the garage had to perform additional work on the damaged engine and Sarah never did let us talk to a supervisor.
HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
