The Platinum Profit Bot software is inactive. Contacts with support@trafficphoenix.com failed - "help desk no longer available." Contacted the zendesk support which gave me tech support by email and Skype when the software was still active from 2011 to 2012. I got : http://softwaresupport77.zendesk.com/requests/14686 acknowledging receipt of my request for assistance to re-activate the software. Have not received a response to date even after I gave the SWREG receipt number and license code.
