This is definitely a scam - duplicates services the USPS charges a dollar for, charges $29.99, then, if there is an issue, doesn't resolve them. They have ZERO contact information, and their hosting company, Domain.com, has hundreds of complaints since July for this company. DO NOT USE.
My grandmother just recently moved, googled Change of Address. This is the first "paid" result on google, so she clicked, didn't realize she wasn't on the OFFICIAL USPS site, and got charged $29.99. A WHOIS lookup has a private domain listing with DOMAIN.com. I called Domain.com, they were very helpful and indicated that this has been a problem since July. They are helping resolve this now.
DO NOT USE.
