Company posts deceptive pop-ups and ads on various websites that trick you into clicking on the "Download" button, letting you to believe that you are downloading free clip art, etc. but which in fact signs you up for their service. Then you are mislead into giving your credit card information. Next, you see that you have been charged for their service which you never even knew about! When I tried to cancel, it took almost 15 minutes on the phone, and they did not cancel it. Another long phone call one week later to cancel again! This should be illegal. They use deceptive business practices. Be careful with PlayFlex!
