I used the so call postal address change and was charged $39.95 when the fine print fee read $19.95 plus a $1.00 USPS fee. I have sent a request to cancel the order and receive the money back satisfaction guarantee. I have yet to be contacted by a representative. There is no phone contact information posted on the site.
