we booked a vacation to Florida. I selected a particular hotel destination and they said they would book it. On the phone they never told me that they would keep changing the location of our hotel. The day before I learn that they changed it twice and never did they book us at the 1st hotel of our choice. Prior to all this knowledge, we also asked for an additional night's stay at the 1st hotel of our choice. They never once said we were not booked there. This was when they changed the location a second time to accommodate our extra night. We would have booked it ourselves directly had we known about their bait and switch policy of being able to change the hotel site at any time. Managers are "sorry" but not at all willing to help their customers.
