We got an email about this company, from our son, so we thought. Turns out someone hacked into his account an sent us an email about this product. We ordered the product and tried to cancel the order 15 minutes later. They would not let us cancel. They said after we received the product, we could cancel. And of course their was a substantial re-stock fee.
We called to cancel when we got our order and they still did not want to give a refund. After several calls we got a CS rep to give us a return auth number. We are sending the pkg back tomorrow, so we shall see. I do not trust this company. Be sure to notify your bank to stop pmt on any recurring orders.
Horrible experience!

We sent product back return receipt requested. They got the product back June 22, 2013 and we have not received a refund for our returned product
