I placed on order at midday on Tuesday for flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday the following day (Wednesday) late yesterday(wednesday the day they should have been delivered) afternoon Bloomex sent me an email to say that they would not be able to deliver my order. I immediately tried to call- no answer! Then emailed twice, still nothing... I then called the number today and was assured that the flowers would be delivered today.... Still nothing! I am absolutely disgusted that there seems to be no concern about my order, no offer to refund me the money! Never EVER EVER again! I will make sure every person I possibly can share how bad Bloomex are and how awful they treat their "valued" customers
