We signed up for an ad and asked to receive a mock up before moving forward. We never received the mock up and they charged us without an approval from us. They screwed up out ad putting the wrong address and phone number. I have tried calling for weeks and either get a disconnected message or someone saying they will give my message to their boss and never hear from them again
