Collagenta.com promoted about their FREE TRIAL product in December 2012, and I was tempted to try as I only needed to pay the shipping fee. I received that trial package on December 18, 2012. Suddenly I got my credit card statement last night and appeared that collagenta.com had charged me on Feb 1, 2013 the amount of €69.95 without any notification. It was quite shocking as I never re-order this product. But seeing some people submit the same complaints already, I think collagenta.com made a dirty and deceitful advertisement! I am really upset now. I tried to call them to UK but just answering machine answered me said that all their representatives are busy.
