On 1/11/13 I purchased an 55in Samsung tv and an Apple computer through this company online store after opening an account on their website www.cheap-iphone5.org.
I have requested several times for the the shipping, tracking, and delivery information for my electronics. When I hadn't received any information or my purchased items did I request my full refund. They sent me a email that only had a website address with letters a numbers, no other information.
I then went back into their online website store opened my account page to see the payment and shipping status on 1/15/2013, it still said pending. This is after I had received notification this company has my money.
Today, 2/6/13 I still do not have my purchased merchandise nor do I have the monies sent and they have stopped responding to my emails.
Please help
