My husband contacted Mr. Tim Carmilia, owner of American Exterior Pools, 154 Oak Hill Road, Weare, NH. 03281; www.waterworldnh.com. We agreed to a $500.00 deposit for the set up of an above ground pool at our residence located at 186 Northeast Pond Road, Milton, NH 03851. It was agreed that the work woould be completed by June 11, 2011. My husband has taken a total of 3 1/2 days off of work to accomodate Mr. Carmilia as he continually gave us a new date to proform the job. No one has ever come to proform the work. On Friday, June 30, 2011 Mr Carmilia agreed to refund us our deposit as he had no intention of showing up. When my husband went to get the refund, no one answered the door. Mr. Carmilia has now stoped answering our calls. The deposit was paid in the form of a check #1941 and was cashed on June 07, 2011. Thank you for your helpLisa Bossie

  • I ran into the same thing with this tim carmilia guy. I have found some information on him and I have the bbb working on it and I also have a lawyer. I just think a scam like this to nice people should be paid for.

Dear Mr Bossie, First of I want to apologize for letting this situation go so long and for putting you through this. Unfortunately my business suffered a tremendous loss and with shane stealing everything from me I lost everything. I realize this is not your fault or problem and would like to try and fix the mess. I am currently not working and have limited funds to pay not just you but fixing many of my customers that didn't get serviced. I am offering you at this $ 50.00 per month until the deposit amount is paid in full. I am trying to do some side work to get more income in, and with winter coming will be able to d some plowing. If at anytime I can send you more then the monthly payment, I most certainly will.

I have been in touch with Agent Petell and discussed my situation as well as what my plan is to start paying you back. Please accept these terms and confirm receipt of this so we can move forward

Again I am sorry for letting this happen and appreciate your cooperation.

    Regards,

    Regards,

  • Attention exaustead, could you please get a hold of me. I would like to know any helpful information you may have, as well as share what I have. I will try to post the email from the attorney generals office. Mr. Carmillia is now claiming to have a partner that is responsible for the scams he has committed. Thanks LBossie bossieml1@yahoo.com
