- I spoke with Anthony Podias on the 4th of January. He talked the same old smack that he's been giving me all along. I will look up the facebook page so I can talk to more people about this and see what can be done. Also, Anthony knows about these "blogs" because when I told him that I would definitely know what to do if someone put a crayon in my hand, he immediately referred to disgruntled employees and blogging. So, Anthony, I say to you.....you are going down!!!!!!! CIG has stolen enough money from people that this is definitely a FELONY!

CIG Realty is working diligently to correct some issues that arose from the implementation of our initial business model and miscommunication between former employees and our customers.
Our objective is to satisfy any and all concerns of our customers and continue to move forward with our business.
Unfortunately CIG Realty was the victim of a malicious internet campaign that spread misinformation about the company’s business dealings and intentions. This campaign was implemented by disgruntled former employees. It is the policy of CIG not to discuss specific personnel issues.
CIG is in the process of contacting all its customers to address any concerns and answer any and all questions they may have. In addition CIG has hired a full time employee to handle inquiries.
CIG is dedicated to addressing our client’s concerns including refunding monies and scheduling new closing dates.
CIG is cooperating with the State Attorney’s office to assure customers complaints are being handled in a timely fashion.
Any customers who wish to ask questions or have concerns should immediately contact us at (516) 453-2602 or write us at CIG Realty, 1900 Hempstead Turnpike Suite 310, East Meadow, New York 11554. -

- Keith anthony and anthony podias have not only not paid their employees but they also ow money to employees for bounced checks fees. Thousands are owed to their employees. Employees are currently in the middle of small claims court submissions to retrieve their pay. Customers were not the only ones scammed by these crooks. Police criminal reports are filed for some of the bounced checks they knowingly gave to their employees.
