Ditto here..just what all of you have said...I have called relentlessly, called them every name in the book...stil the same stupid "three to five business days" bull (Inappropriate Content Removed). They messed up when they took my $30.00 dollars. I am a Criminologist and believe in justice. One remark on this page said one woman notified the State Attorney General. Thats my next step. I have filed a complaint with the ic3 (www.ic3.com) It is there to report internet crime. My email is (Personal Information Removed) PLEASE all of you contact me...lets band together and take these criminals down!
