So i bought a replacement phone on 11/27/12 i paid 29.00 for a blackberry curve i also paid 26.00 for unlimted min. I recieved the phone on dec 6 exactly a week later the phone stoped working. I contacted reachout via chat . An explained to the customer serice agent tht was helping after spending an hour on a cchat explaing what happend he told me to send it to reach out wireless repair... No problem on the 17 of dec i went to the post office an sent it proity mail 6 bucks with a conformation number to let me know when it got there.. on dec 20th it arrived an was signed for as per my tracking on usps... So today dec 26th i called to see when i would get it ... The agent told me tht they havent recived it yet...huh itold her i have a confirmation sayin tht some one signed for it on the 20th she places me on hold an says we hae not gotten it yet again i said it was signed for.. she ask me if i had the confirmation number as if i was lying so i gae it to her she checks her self an said yes i see it was signed for but we havent recieved it yet.......HuH? U just checked an seen the same thing i seen whats the problem you have had it for over 6 days now.. then she tells me tht i had to pay a 5 dollar restocking fee...What i jus paid for a phone tht does not work now u want me to pay 5 more dollars to restock a broken phone are u F..... Serious... Im (Inappropriate Content Removed) now so i tell Nicole i want to speak to a supervisor she said ok puts a super on the super tells me tht i would have to pay a 5 dollar restocking fee i tell her (Inappropriate Content Removed) i just paid 26 bucks for unlimited then i paid 29 dollars for the replacement phone then i paid 6 bucks to shipt it back to you an now u want me to pay another 5 bucks to restock a broken phone u shiped to me in the first place... Then she said well i can send u a random phone but u wont get what u paid for .......for real so i told her i want a refund she said ok there is a 15% charge for your refund an we wont put it back on your card we will send you a check in 14 business days.... So now im really (Inappropriate Content Removed) off this service is a rip off a (Inappropriate Content Removed) rip off
