I purchased a Nuwave Oven the end of Augusrt 2012, I never opened the packaging, my daughter already had one so I did not need another. I returned it by UPS on November 27, 2012 and paid 18.00+ for shipping and
requested that my credit card be credited for
the full amount. I have not heard from the company and I have tried to communicate with them, there is no way to do so.
