I purchased 4 tickets to a NBA basketball game for christmas presents. I received a receipt and my credit card was debited. After I purchased the tickets, I received a phone call from SeatGeek stating they no longer have the tickets I purchased. They were NOT willing to REPLACE my tickets for something comparable. Instead the manager (Dylan) offered me a measly 10% discount and would like to CHARGE me and ADDITIONAL $300 to replace the seats I already paid for. A demand letter has been sent and If this issue is not resolved a law suit will be filed
