I purchased a Ross Gift card from abcgiftcards.com on Oct 2nd. Since Ross Gift Card could not be used online and could only be used when presenting a physical card, I didn't check the balance right away. However, when I tried to use the gift card in store, the balance showed up to be zero. I called the customer service number to check the history of the card. It was used on the 3RD of Oct, even before I received the card. . However, I would advise you to avoid purchasing from this company.
