I recently purchased $69.00 from here and paid an extra $25.00 for shipping (3-5 days). So after a few days went by and not recieving a tracking number, I tried calling their customer service line and there is NO answer. UPS had no track of my address for any shipments. I then emailed the company stating how come no one picks up the phone and where is my tracking number. Here is my email between me and the company:

Absolutely not, I paid an extra $25 for shipping for it it be shipped out on Monday and I can't even get a tracking number. I looked at reviews at saw people who didnt even recieve it. I will be getting my refund. I do not want this product.



We need 3 to 5 days to process every order after the orders are made. And faster shipping is only for the shipping time, not the processing time.

Your processing time has nothing to do with the shipping time. I paid an extra $25 for 3-5 day shipping not processing so take THAT into consideration. Take the $5 fee I don't care, I already called my bank and will be refunded no matter what. What you just said to me was a complete lie . Obviously i needed it before monday and there was a reason i paid extra. You don't offer 3-5 day shipping for 25$ and include the processing in that. It is your responsibility to make sure it is shipped to me 3-5 days just like it is said on your website. This will be investigated. And I don't even get a tracking number? Or no answer all day on your customer service number. Never will I ever purchase anything from here again. And I will make that known on reviews.

NO! I am not falling for your scam! It doesn't matter anyways because I know you scam artist are keeping MY money anyways! And $5???? even more of a rip off! it should be fully refunded!!! This has been reported and if this is the only way to make money that is sad. How dare you cheat people out of their hardworking money. I purchased my order else where and already recieved it. I don't need your business. You guys are atrocious!
