I have a similar experience to others here. Paid them $4.95 for basic info. and then found they had taken (stolen) $49 from my account. Requested refund and was directed to a web page to fill out a form. Have done this TWICE now and still waiting for reply. Can't believe these guys would put their faces on the 'net and then do this.
