Purchased a living room set that is part microfiber and part leather we have had the set for 4 to 5 months. So 2 out of the 4 cushions on the unit have ripped because its a cheap unit. Called their customers service to see about exchanging the unit for an all leather unit at same cost or something that is better quality that cost more. On that note before I could even finish pleading my case the customer service rep. Belts out you have had this unit over the given time frame for return the warehouse will not return but we can replace your cushions because you paid extra for the coverage. Asked for the next person in line was told good luck with that.
