International boundaries

on the 17th cotober 2012 priority money club took £1.00 from my bank account.
on 9th november the above company took a further £68.00 with-out consent.
i would like to no how i can get my money back.
i was recently made re-dundant and every penny counts to me as i didnt get a re-dundancy pay-out.
i cant believe funds were withdrawn with-out my permission

  • hi this has just happened to me. i phoned my bank said that i did authorise the £1 but not the £68 they said they can recall it, then just get a new card if you can to stop the theives trying again! i also phoned the company and she tried to say that it says in the terms and conditions about it but i said no, it only says i will be charged £68 if i take a loan out which i have not, why would i pay someone that amount of money to find me a loan! i also emailed found this on the contacts. hope this helps but yes tell your bank that it wasnt authorised and they can recall it for you x
