I have called them over four times at the number listed on my bill 1-866-269-3094 and always the same response. We will have a surpervisor call you and no one ever calls or sends a check. There is now a case in California that has been filed against them. The scenario listed in this case is what happened to my 15 year old only it was for their product Diettipz56614
