i moved from a apartment complex lexington gardens in madison tenn which i had a year lease. when the lease ran out 2month's later i had to move in with my wife's father due to he is gonna die any day now, plus the apartment complex is infested with bedbugs and roaches and mrs kim the landlord wouldn't do anything about it.this can all be verified... my rent was always paid up to date even when i moved. the problem is metro action commission helped me with 250.00 of the apartment deposit as well as i paid 150.00 totaling 400.00 deposit. the landlord would not return any of my deposit stating i didn't give her a 30 day notice that i was moving per se to the lease agreement. but let me state again my lease ran out and i was living there from month to month basis. when io moved i left the aparment in better shape than when i moved in. the landlords phone number is (Personal Information Removed)
