I had $30.00 taken out of my bank account back in september without my authorization. I called and was told that i was unable to get my money back unless i applied for a loan through their company. I told vantage that I don't know how they recieved my information and that I did not apply for a loan through their company. After a month of calling I was told that I would recieve a refund back to my account within 3-5 days. I did not recieve my refund and I have been getting the same 3-5 day answer for a month now. I am not giving up on my refund and I hope that there are enough of us out there who can make this company pay for the fraud they have committed. It is hard enough to survive in this economy without getting screwed by people. I told the managers that I have talked to that if it has to come down to suing the company for fraud, financial hardship, and mental anguish I will.
